Little Miss Mess-Up was born in a Confusement Park near the end of time. Found abandoned at an early age, she is still trying to find true acceptance in this all too cruel world. Deep down inside, she is really very nice, but that doesn't make-up for the fact that she is an attractive nuisance and a notorious troublemaker. But that is not her fault. She is a little on the oblivious side. There is no hiding behind that lipstick. For the record, Little Miss Mess-Up is not an uneducated tramp. She happens to hold a degree in Free-Knowledgy from an unaccreditted Community College. Her dream is to one day be a licensed Cosmotologist, because she is fascinated with Tell-a-Scopes.
