À propos du livre
For over 10 years, Lower Sugar has been roaming the streets – inspired by Helen Levitt, Diane Arbus, Garry Winogrand, and William Eggleston. Like his role models, he loves people, life, and the streets – mastering the art of street photography.
The protagonists of this book are people on the street, photographed by chance, real and unposed. This is Lower Sugar’s first photo book – with many more to come. Perhaps you will recognize some of the people or places again in his future works.
Some of these images you might wish to hang on your wall. At the same time, this book holds many secrets: you only know the year and the country. Who is Lower Sugar? Where exactly were the photos taken? What drives him?
10 × 8 inch (25 × 20 cm), Standard Paper, Softcover, 354 images (including 25 in black and white) + 3 bonus images.
Thank you, my friends :-)

À propos du créateur
Photographer Management
Locarno
Photographer Management is a collective of three photographers based in Switzerland and Thailand. No genre label. No staging. No explanation. Three different gazes. One shared attitude: strolling, looking openly, making photographs beyond meaning. Images that seduce rather than inform. Quiet, slow, captivating. Rooted in the thinking of Ponge, Barthes, Byung-Chul Han and the teaching of Norman Raeben: see what is really there, not what someone wants to show. The secret belongs to no one. It circulates. www.photographer-management.com
