Maiah Miller has a passion for healthy baking, food photography, writing, running, fitness and coconut milk lattes.
She lives with her husband, a Captain in the Marines and their two adopted golden-doodles in Northern California. She owns and operates Running Girl Bakery, an allergen-free specialty bakery, and Running Girl Health & Fitness, designed to help people meet their clean eating and health and fitness goals. Maiah is a certified yoga instructor and Sports Nutritionist and loves sharing her recipes and favorite workout moves on her social media accounts.
