A Fear of the Dark is a book of poetry written by interdisciplinary artist M. DeCapua. DeCapua's senior capstone at Champlain College is composed of this book (70 original poems) and an accompanying video game. Focusing on themes of trauma, mental illness, and adolescence, a fear of the dark follows the author's evolution from child to survivor.
