À propos du livre
The American West holds the dreams of pioneers, ranchers, miners, naturalists and adventurers. Imbued with generations of rich history and folklore, the West is what inspires many of us. The American horse is an enduring symbol of the West and represents freedom. Horses helped pioneers seeking new opportunities and freedoms traverse the country. The horse, both majestic and sturdy, represents an ethos and lifestyle that deserves attention and preservation. After a long journey, the West is my home and my true love. My exploration allows me to share a memorable array of weathered wood, light, hoofs, manes and trails that have touched me. Proceeds from True West will be donated to the Western Land Conservancy, a Western nonprofit organization focused on protecting lands and educating others about our Western history and lifestyle.
